Rush County community leaders worked together to create this toolbox for you as part of The Hometown Collaborative Initiative (HCI). The process began by gathering input from people in the area, who clearly stated the desire to build the local economy.

The HCI team recognized the strong business support network available within Rush County. Working with Rush County Partners for Progress, the team developed this online portal for small business and entrepreneurial support.
